Don't underestimate this question! The amount and size of luggage is much more serious than many of us are used to thinking. How comfortable your transfer will be will depend on the size and number of your suitcases.

Over the years of our work, there have been many annoying situations when clients did not report all luggage or said the wrong size of suitcases. Sometimes, at the last moment, customers decided to take 1 or 2 more small suitcases with them. "That's not a problem," they thought. Plus/minus suitcase, over/under size. But only standing at the ordered car, they call us, because they or their suitcases couldn't fit in the car.

Please remember: it is important for us to know exactly not only how many people you are traveling (adults and children), but also how many suitcases you take with you, what size they are and whether there are oversized things, such as a stroller, skis or snowboard.

Based on the information you provide, our managers will select the optimal size car for you so that each passenger can sit comfortably and feel comfortable on the road, and the suitcases can easily fit in the trunk of the car, and not ride on your lap.

It is worth noting that transfers can be long distances, many hours, and no one is immune from traffic jams. At such moments, this misunderstanding can ruin your holiday. And it's not worth saving a few euros.
