The ByCAR company helps its clients organize transfers in 9 European countries: France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Barcelona, Austria, Germany, Monaco, Andorra.
Tourists book trips with us at any time of the year, in different cities and airports in Europe.
Winter transfers to ski resorts, for example from Geneva airport to Courchevel or from Lyon airport to Val Thorens.
Summer is a time when tourists often go on vacation to swim and sunbathe at the sea, such as from Nice Airport to Saint Tropez or from Barcelona to Salou.
In the spring and autumn, people visit exquisite attractions and enjoy transfers from Rome to Pompeii or from Milan to Florence.
Tourists choose different modes of transportation when they travel in Europe. We could compare the transfer with other types of transport:
Bus or Transfer:
Undoubtedly, traveling by bus from the airport to the city center or between populated areas has the advantage of a low price, usually, is 4-5 times lower than transfer. However, the trip by bus takes 2 times longer; the bus does not arrive at the stop immediately, and periodically it does not go at all; the bus will not take you to your apartment or hotel, most often; you will have to walk part of the way with your suitcases.
Train or Transfer:
The train is a good, fast and inexpensive way to get around in Europe. You can choose a lot of different routes, with comfortable new carriages, for your trips. However, train stations may be very far from your holiday destination and you will have to change from the train to another mode of transport (taxi or bus). For example, in winter you will hardly be able to get to a ski resort anywhere (the train ride to Courchevel ends in the town of Moutiers, and then drive another 17 km). But even in summer, train stations are not located everywhere: the closest train station to Saint-Tropez is in Frejus (an additional 36 km by bus or car).
Taxi or Transfer:
Tourists often use taxi services in Europe. They are easy to order - leave the airport and you can find a large number of taxi cars in front of the entrance. The main disadvantage of a taxi is its cost. Firstly, it is higher than that of a transfer (sometimes 2 times), and secondly, you cannot know its value in advance. Only at the end of the trip will the taxi driver tell you how much you should pay for the trip, because the price depends on the time of day, day of the week, the number of passengers and suitcases, and waiting time in traffic jams.
If you have booked a transfer with us, you will have no problem finding your driver. When you arrive at the airport, he will be waiting for you with a sign in his hands, at the exit from the arrivals area in the terminal building.
We will send you the driver's contacts in advance: his name and WhatsApp number. During the high season, there are a lot of greeters at the airport, with a huge number of signs, so it’s difficult to find your name among them. You can connect to the airport's free Wi-Fi or use your phone's Internet and contact the driver via WhatsApp or FaceTime.
The driver will help you carry your suitcases to the luggage car and load them into the trunk.
The transfer price includes 1 hour of waiting after the plane lands. If you want to spend more time at the airport upon arrival to resolve your issues, you will need to pay for an additional wait (approximately 40-60 euros per hour, depending on the class of car). You can also inform in advance that you need to be met not at the time of arrival, but later, at an exact time, for example at 14:30.
The driver tracks your flight in the app: whether it arrives early or is delayed. If the plane arrives much later, we can find you another car.
